PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a doorway step having good work-excutable properties by forming the same from precast concrete. SOLUTION: A member open across its front and rear faces, the inside 11 of which is hollowed out, has a step 12 formed at the upper surface of one end to form a doorway step 10, which is made from precast concrete with an uneven surface. The doorway step 10 is installed on the indoor side of a doorway 22 and along the outer surface of a foundation 20, and an underfloor ventilating opening 23 is exposed to the outside via the inside 11 of the doorway step 10. Since the step is made from precast concrete, dry construction method is employed, eliminating the need for on-site curing, etc., and enabling construction period to be reduced. |
