摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a steel having sufficient heat resistance and corrosion resistance even if being used for the part at a high temp. to which salt sticks with a hot-dip Al plated steel sheet as the base by forming an Fe-Al-Si alloy layer in which the Al concn., Si concn. and thickness and the average roughness of the topmost surface are specified on the surface of a steel. SOLUTION: In an Al plated steel sheet produced with a hot dip Al plating bath contg., by mass, 7 to 17% Si or a steel obtd. by subjecting this steel sheet to forming, the temp. is raised at a temp. rising rate of 5 to 200 deg.C/sec, and heating treatment is executed at the temp. and for the time in the ranges expressed by the hatched part. Then, the objective steel sheet or steel in which an Fe-Al-Si alloy layer in which the Al concn. is regulated, by mass, to 35 to 65%, the Si concn. is regulated to 5 to 15%, the thickness is regulated to 10 to 40μand the average roughness Ra of the topmost surface is regulated to 2 to 7μis formed can be obtd. This steel sheet or steel uses an inexpensive hot-dip Al plated steel sheet as the base and also has designing properties suitable for the application to household thermoappliances and kitchen appliances.
