<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resist high closing pressure by relatively small force by enlarging the diameter of a spindle piston more than the diameter of a valve seat, and forming pressure space freely to communicate with a gas container using a closing element. SOLUTION: When the coil 52 of a driving device 50 is energized, a clearance formed on the boundary between magnet pieces 54 and 56 is moved between the magnet piece 56 and the spindle piston 36 so as to form a pressure space on the position. When the magnet piece 56 is apart from the spindle piston 36, an output opening port is released, gas flows through a pressure balance passage 42, the value of pressure in the pressure space is increased, and the value becomes in a same value as the pressure in an inlet passage 14. Since the diameter of the spindle piston 36 is enlarged more than the diameter of a valve seat 22, downward force larger than the force of a compression spring 26 is applied on a spindle 32 by a pressure difference, the spindle 32 and a shut-out means 24 is moved downward opposing to the compression spring 36 so as to make gas flow toward the outlet passage 18.</p> |
