摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistance reinforced to the bending or deformation of a contact fail part by providing an upper connector having a plurality of contact elements, a lower connector, a support means, and a contact holding means. SOLUTION: A stacked electric connector 10 is formed of an upper connector 12 and a lower connector 14 which have housings 16, 18 formed of an electric insulating material, respectively. Female/male contact elements are housed in the housings 16, 18 in the form of upper line and lower line, respectively. Metallic outer sheath members 28, 30 surrounds the front parts of the connectors 12, 14, respectively, and end blocks 34, 38 are connected thereto. When the assembled connector is installed to a PCB, a press receiving part 40b-1 installed to a side member 40 fixes the assembly to the PCB, and the upward force added to the contact tail part by the PCB is constrained, and absorbed to the inner surface of the flexible part of a locking part to prevent a bending or other deformation from being added to the right-angled part of the contact.</p>
