A modification is described in the process of Specification 789,882 according to which microporous films are made by dispersing throughout a continuous, highly viscous matrix medium thermoplastic particles which are not compatible with the matrix medium, heating the dispersion to fuse the thermoplastic particles and then removing the matrix medium. The modification consists in using the matrix medium in the form of an aqueous dispersion.ALSO:In the process of Specification 789,882 the matrix medium is used in the form of an aqueous dispersion thereof. |
