PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the adhesion of dust by forming an abrasive layer on one outermost surface of a flexible supporter and forming a conductive layer in one layer. SOLUTION: An abrasive tape has an abrasive layer containing an abrasive having Mohs hardness of 5 or more on one outermost surface on a flexible supporter, and a conductive layer in one layer. Abrasive content in the abrasive layer is 5 to 50/m<2> , and a hydrophilic colloid layer is formed on the reverse side to the abrasive layer. The abrasive consists of one kind selected from iron oxide, alumina, chromium oxide, silicon carbide and diamond. The surface roughness of the abrasive layer is 0.02-0.5μm in center-line mean roughness (Ra) according to JIS-B0601.
