PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the property and increase the design, by arranging two sheet glasses through the first spacer arranged at the periphery and making the bondable face height of butyl rubber of the first spacer higher than a specified level and also finishing the bondable face in black. SOLUTION: An outside sheet glass 1 as a tempered glass and an inside sheet glass 3 are arranged through the first spacer 4a of which the bondable face height A1 of butyl rubber is 8mm or higher and the bondable face is finished in black, to apply butyl rubber 5 and a secondary seal 6. The bondable face height A1 is made not lower than 8mm to increase the applying volume of butyl rubber 5 in order to correspond to the uneven face of the tempered glass. The butyl rubber is stuffed in the rugged glass surface and the capacity as double glazing glass is secured. The adhesion face, which is made black, eliminates the problem in the design that the butyl rubber seemingly projected out of the frame material holding the edge of the double glazing glass waves owing to a lot of butyl rubber applied. |
