<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cylinder body lightweight and enhance the cooling performance of a disc rotor. SOLUTION: A vent hole 15 is formed in a coupling part 4E of a cylinder body 4, communicating between the ingress side end face 4F and the egress side end face 4G of the cylinder body 4. The ventilating hole 15 has a rectangular cross-sectional shape, extending along the outer peripheral surface of a disc rotor 2, and is formed in the ingress side end face 4F and the egress side end face 4G, in the vicinity of their thicknesswise centers. Further, an opening 16 communicating with the vent hole 15 is formed in coupling part 4E on the side facing the outer peripheral surface of the disc rotor 2. The opening 16 is formed in the vicinity of the center of the coupling part 4E in the rotor normal rotating direction.</p> |
