PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely hold the positional relation between a connector and a circuit board with a compact structure having a small number of part items while juxtaposing the circuit board and the connector to be connected thereto, and effectively protect the circuit board. SOLUTION: A connector body formed of a body part 16 to be connected to a circuit board 10 is integrated with a board case for housing the circuit board 10. The board case is divided into an upper case member 20A and a lower case member 20B so as to be openable and closable, and at least the lower case member 20B is integrally formed with the body part 16. Both the case members 20A, 20B hold and protect the circuit board 10 in the closed state thereof.
