PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the handling of a material and maximize lay-up efficiency by forming the first composite layer of a composite material on a Gore layer formed of a Gore strip on a lay-up mandrel and forming the second Gore layer on the first composite layer to form a skin structure with Core strips as the first layer and the last layer. SOLUTION: A plurality of Gore strips are provided on the outer surface of a tubular mandrel in the longitudinal direction to form the first layer of a titanium foil (32). The first layer of a polymer matrix composite (34) wherein a polymer matrix composite is wound in the transverse direction to the mandrel is formed (34). Then, the second layer of a titanium foil is provided on the composite layer (36). In addition, another layer of the composite material (38) and the last layer of the titanium layer are provided (40) to obtain the first internal skin. Thereafter, a resin film is formed on the outer surface of the first inner skin (41) to hold a honeycomb panel (42) and a resin film is formed on the surface of the honeycomb panel (43) to form simultaneously the second outer skin. |
