PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat exchange between heating metal and liquid by providing a gap of a prescribed interval between a heating metal plate and a glass vacuum double vessel and providing a hole or a slit on the heating metal plate. SOLUTION: By making the heating metal planar and providing a gap more than 0.5mm between the metal and a heat insulating vessel, a liquid also touches the downside of a heating metal plate 17, the surface to exchange heat is widened, and heat exchange is improved by promoting circulation by providing a hole on the heating metal plate 17. Namely, a glass vacuum double vessel 12 makes a gap between outer and inner bottles 13 and 14 into vacuum and prevents heat conduction caused by the circulation of air. An external case 15 prevents impulse from being loaded from side and upper faces to the glass vacuum double vessel 12. An elastic body 18 for heating water 16 by sinking the heating metal plate 17 onto the bottom of the heat insulating vessel is formed e.g. from silicone rubber, and sounds generated by vibrations at the time of boiling are prevented. A device 19 for generating a high-frequency magnetic field is composed of a heating coil 20 and a circuit 21 for letting a high-frequency current flow to the heating coil. |
