PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a printing image part on a ferroelectric printing plate under the condition that an electric charge pattern formed on the printing plate with a print head has more higher resolution than ever by more speedily action than that by the conventional method. SOLUTION: This method is to form a printing image part on a ferroelectric printing plate 2 and has a process for producing discharge plasma in the discharge chamber 3 of a print head 1 and a process for polarizing the printing plate 2 in response to the printing image part by deflecting charged particles from the discharge plasma towards the printing plate 2 by applying electric attraction. During the processes, the vacuum in the discharge chamber 3 is maintained by a sealing member placed between the print head 1 and the printing plate 2. |
