PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual assembly operation supporting device where a tablesetting operation which is a prestage of the manual assembly operation of a printed circuit board can be made without any order and assembly order can be easily changed. SOLUTION: An electronic component assembled to a printed circuit board is housed for each type and a component housing box with a bar code for indicating the inner part information is set to a table-setting device without any predetermined order. The tablesetting device is rotated in the order of table-setting position number at the prestage of manual assembly operation, component information read by a bar code reader 10 is compared with the part information of the assembly order of a database 22, and an assembly order list where a table-setting position number corresponds to the assembly order of parts is created and is controlled by a table 213. At the time of manual assembly operation, the housing box concerned is moved to a component take-out port according to the list and at the same time an assembly instruction lamp is moved to the part assembly position of a printed circuit board and is lit. A control part 212 creates the assembly order list, inquires where any modification is required or not, and accepts an order change from a worker. |
