PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge an open stroke, without enlarging a device, so as to facilitate installation and removal of a component mounting substrate, by connecting a first movable base to a second movable base, and a first movable arm to a second movable arm. SOLUTION: When a turning lever is first moved, a connecting shaft 5 directly connected to the lever is rotated. A fixed arm 8 extended from a first movable base 6 is connected to a first movable arm 9 by the shaft 5. The arm 9 is connected to a second movable arm 10 by a connecting shaft 11, and the arm 10 is connected to a movable ring 13. The ring 13 moves the second movable base 15 downward via a direct-acting shaft 14. The base 15 is connected to the base 6 by a connecting shaft 16. As a result, the base 6 is moved downward by pulling the turning lever to the front. A series of these movements permits a cam roller 17 to move downward along a guide groove 19 provided in a guide component 18. |
