<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintenance by automatically gathering trouble analysis information without a human system. SOLUTION: In a computer system for which plural computers are connected through a WAN(wide area network) 3, the computers, WAN-connected computers 9 and 12 for instance, are provided with a remote initialization request transmission means for transmitting a remote initialization request to the computer at the time of detecting the fault of a low-order computer, a remote initialization signal preparation means for preparing remote initialization signals when a computer main body is not healthy at the time of receiving the remote initialization request sent from a high-order computer and a trouble analysis information gathering/transmitting means for receiving the remote initialization signals, gathering the trouble analysis information and transmitting it to the high-order computer.</p> |
