PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for implementing at a high speed optical formation with high accuracies in optical formation. SOLUTION: The apparatus is such that a resin sump 6 having an opening 7 along a squeegee 3 is installed near the squeegee 3, and the resin sump 6 is provided with resin supply means 9 and overflow means 8 for rendering an amount of resin reservation constant, further, supply application resin from an opening 7 of the resin sump 6 along the squeegee 3 in advance of the squeegee 3 during the period of movement of the squeegee 3, and taking resin within a formation vessel as a supply source of resin, and further allowing resin flowed over from an opening and overflow part 8 to circulate back to the formation vessel. |
