SOLUTION: By driving to rotate a face plate at a processing standard rotation frequency n in the condition positioning a cutting tool at a processing standard rotation radius r, a processing standard cutting speed v is maintained, and when a work is cut at the processing standard cutting speed v, a standard displacement amountΔr of the edge of the cutting tool to the processing standard rotation radius r which is generated by the centrifugal force F is found as a rule of thumb, and in the condition maintaining the processing standard rotation frequency n in a cutting processing condition, the actual displacement amountΔra of the cutting tool at the set processing rotation radius ra is found as:Δra=(ra/r)Δr, and the set processing rotation radius ra is corrected by using the found actual displacement amountΔra, as a correcting value.
