PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the information presentation function of a video conference. SOLUTION: An AP(application) analysis part 2 retrieves a relating application from a file name specified from an APa 10. A printer driver replacement part 3 replaces the printing function to a printer of a file in the retrieved application with an image file generation function and the application is executed by an AP activation part 4. An image file display instruction input part 9 displays image data generated by the execution of the image file generation function of the application in the display area of the APa in a display device.
