PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate the driving source of an auxiliary machine by driving the auxiliary machine with a motor. SOLUTION: To auxiliary machines such as a hydraulic pump 9, a negative pressure pump, an alternator 11, and a compressor for air conditioner, the power of a motor 2 is always transmitted through a belt 13. A wet type multiple disc clutch which can control tightening force freely by hydraulic pressure is used for a clutch 7. A controller 31 discriminates vehicle driving modes according to sensor signals, torque command values and so on of a vehicle speed sensor 21, an accelerator sensor 22, an inclination angle sensor 26. The motor 2 is controlled by a rotational speed control system or a torque control system according to the vehicle driving mode. The clutch 7 is controlled by a vehicle speed control system or the torque control system according to the vehicle driving mode. |
