PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process a lot of slips by automatically numbering the slip, automatically and additionally printing this slip number onto an original slip and additionally inputting this slip number to character data to be originally inputted. SOLUTION: While referring to a slip number counter, the slip number is applied to converted image data and registered in an image data base 5 by an image data registering means 6. Afterwards, the slip number is printed at the designated position of the read slip by a slip number printing means 7, and the slip is ejected from a device. While referring to the slip (original slip) on which the slip number is printed, required character data and the slip number are inputted to keys, and these character data are registered in a character data base 9 as a retrieval key by a character registering means 10. Thus, the slip number of a link key is an internal key, it is not necessary for a user to care of it, the character data are retrieved and displayed and only by requesting the retrieval of the original slip later, the slip image (original slip) can be displayed on the same screen. |
