<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more surely detect an inclination of a body to be detected, by arranging a light-emitting element and a photodetecting element on a first mold, filling an opaque resin in a cavity defined by setting a second mold on the first mold via a lead electrode, and hardening the resin. SOLUTION: While a light-emitting element 1 and a phtodetecting element 2 are positioned by a positioning pin 14a, an upper mold 14, middle molds 12, 13 and a lower mold 11 are arranged, whereby a cavity space is formed between the molds. An opaque resin 17 is filled in the space. Each mold released when the resin 17 is set. As a result, a base body of the opaque resin is obtained wherein the light-emitting element 1 and photodetecting element 2 are fixed to face an internal space defined by an inverted conical, inclined face.</p> |
