PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the sufficient strength when mounted, and to simply dismount when not needed. SOLUTION: A rustproof cover is manufactured in WFM processes instead of DFM(dry fiber mold) processes. That is, a mixed aqueous solution 74 mainly containing paper fibers 62 is stored within a water tank 64. A porous rustproof cover mold 76 is dipped into the mixed aqueous solution 74. Then, a vacuum pump 92 sucks up the mixed aqueous solution 74. This forms a paper fiber layer, which will serve as a rustproof cover, on the surface of an unmasking portion in a mold main body 80 of the rustproof cover mold 76. In this WFM processes, a rustproof cover having an arbitrary board thickness to endure requirement strength when mounted can be obtained by adjusting the suction time of the vacuum pump 92, and the rustproof cover can be easily broken and dismounted on the basis of binding of the paper fibers 62. |
