PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a decorative sheet, which has cubic effect and is excellent in design property by a method wherein a fine pattern is placed on an uneven pattern. SOLUTION: On the surface of a base material, base coating is applied. On the base coating, an UV curing covering composition containing transparent spherical glass beads having the center particle diameter of 100μm or less and/or transparent glass powder and a colored pigment is screen-printed so as to form patterned unevenness and then UV-cured the resultant composition. Next, an intermediate coating is applied onto the resultant composition and dried. On the intermediate coating, only the ink layer of a separately patterned printed transferring film is transferred. In addition, a clear coating is applied on the resultant intermediate coating and then dried.
