PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make bag manufacturing processing based on a heat fusion bonding method possible and inexpensively manufacture a lightweight and fast laminate sheet by covering the both faces of a woven fabric prepd. by weaving a thermoplastic resin drawn yarn with a specified ethylene copolymer prepd. by using a metallocene catalyst. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin used as a covering layer of a laminate sheet is an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer prepd. by using a metallocene catalyst and consisting of ethylene andα-olefin with at least 3C or more pref., a linear ethylene-α-olefin copolymer prepd. by using a metallocene catalyst and consisting of ethylene andα-olefin of 3-20C. The metallocene catalyst is a catalyst consisting of an org. transition metal compd. contg. a cyclopentadienyl deriv. and a compd. reacting with this compd. and forming an ionic complex and/or an org. metal compd.
