PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a weathering-resistant film with less occurrence of browning and deterioration by applying a surface treatment consisting of a specified substance to a vinyl chloride resin fiber, compounding a specified compd. in a vinyl chloride resin film and providing an acrylic resin coating on the film surface. SOLUTION: An acrylic resin coating with a thickness of 0.5-10μm is formed on one face or both faces of a vinyl chloride resin films placing a group of yarns consisting of vinyl chloride resin fibers surface-treated with a water-soluble polymer or an acrylic resin contg. at least one hydroxyl group in a molecule (chain) between two sheets of the vinyl chloride resin films contg. at least one compd. selected from metal salts of partial esters of org. phophoric acids of formula I and/or formula II and a hindered amine compd. contg. at least one structural unit of formula III in a molecule. In the formulas, M is zinc, calcium, barium, magnesium, etc., and R1 -R5 are respectively a 1-22C alkyl or aryl group.
