METHOD FOR PRODUCING CROSS SECTION CHANGING LONG COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and easily produce a long composite material changed in its cross-sectional shape by extrusion molding in a wholly integrated state having excellent appearance by using a simple apparatus. SOLUTION: A long molding material 2 having a common cross-sectional part 2b having an almost same cross-sectional shape along the longitudinal direction thereof and a changing cross-sectional part 2a having a cross-sectional shape changing along the longitudinal direction is continuously supplied to an extrusion mold 26 having a fixed mold 31 and a movable mold 32 to be passed therethrough longitudinally while the common cross-sectional part 2b corresponds to the fixed mold 31 of the extrusion mold 26 and the changing cross-sectional part 2a corresponds to the movable mold 32. A resin is extruded from the extrusion port formed to the movable mold 32 while the movable mold 32 is moved in the direction crossing the passing direction of the longitudinal molding material 2 and changed in the changing cross-sectional part 2a accompanied by the longitudinal passage of the changing cross-sectional part 2a to form a longitudinally continuous resin part 3 so as to allow the change thereof to correspond to the changing cross-sectional part 2a.
