PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the gain of a digital processing circuit by providing a means controlling the gain based on a single reference voltage. SOLUTION: A processing circuit is composed of an A/D converter 1, a digital processing unit 2 and a D/A converter 3. The D/A converter 3 is current- controlled to facilitate the switching operation. In this case, a single reference voltage VB is used to supply both an A/D converter user reference voltage V2 and a D/A converter used reference current Iref. The reference voltage V2 is produced from an amplifier A2 with a gain G2 to receive a voltage VB at the input. According to a furthermore desirable embodiment, various components composed of amplifiers A1-A3, a transistorϕ(TR) T, the converters 1, 3 and the digital processing unit 2 are integrated into a signal component manufactured by a CMOS technology.
