System for controlling the functions of electrical supply equipment with two batteries for vehicles, one for starting and another which acts as a cycle battery, maintaining constant control of the charge status of the batteries by means of a controller 1 which includes a pulse detector 4; a device 6 discriminating the respective variations in voltage during pre-set periods; a starting comparator 5 which compares the voltage of the cycle battery with a pre-set value; a timer comparator circuit 3, which decides when the starting battery will be placed on charge and when the circuit will be disconnected; and a power circuit 9, capable of connecting the two batteries in parallel for a set period from which the cycle battery alone will be charged. <IMAGE>
