PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steaming machine for which the boiling tank of a food steaming machine is made independent inside a tunnel type steaming pot from a carrying unit. SOLUTION: An endless conveyor 14 for steaming is provided between the entrance 12 of the tunnel type steaming pot 11 and a prescribed position inside the pot 11 and the boiling tank 20 is provided on the lower part of the forward route terminating part of the conveyor 14 for steaming inside the tunnel type steaming pot 11. Then, at least the forward route of the endless conveyor 21 for boiling is disposed inside the boiling tank 20 and the exit 13 of the pot is provided on the lower part of the terminating part of the forward route of the conveyor 21 for boiling. |
