PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a display device cope with soldering reflow by fitting a case body and a substrate without fixing them completely so that places where they can expand and contract independently of each other are provided. SOLUTION: This display unit consists of the case body 1 and substrate 52 which are nearly rectangular when viewed on a plane, and plural segment light emission display parts 3 are provided on the top surface of the case body 1 in 8-shaped pattern or arbitrary proper pattern. Then the case body 1 is anchored without being fixed completely so that LEDs are covered from the top surface side of the substrate 2 which has an electrode layer 8 at its side part and also has LED elements mounted on its top surface. Namely, the substrate 2 on which the LED elements are mounted and the case body 1 where the segment light emission display parts 3 are formed are engaged with each other so that the LED elements are covered with the substrate 2 and case body 1 and the LED elements and segment light emission display parts 3 are made to correspond to each other while the LED elements and light-transmissive resin of the segment light emission display part 3 are not in contact with each other. |
