The block is moulded from concrete made from sand, gravel and cement, and measures 0.5 m long by 0.2 m wide and 0.2 m deep. Two of the block's vertical faces meet at a rounded corner which is in the shape of a quarter cylinder. Inside the rounded corner the block has a hole measuring approximately 0.12 x 0.12 m which can be used to make a reinforced concrete post by inserting welded rods.
