PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flat applying surface without irregularity so that it can be coated stably, uniformly and continuously for a long time. SOLUTION: A device comprises a paste vessel 4 receiving alloy paste 9, means feeding a substrate 2a toward this paste vessel 4 to make the alloy paste 9 in the vessel stick to the substrate 2a to substantially vertically pull up this substrate and a slit member 5 forming a slit 5a for removing the alloy paste 9 excessively sticking to the substrate 2a by making the substrate 2a pulled up from the vessel pass through. In this slit member 5, its slit space is set to a proper range in accordance with a feed speed of the substrate 2a, this edge angle is set to a 45 to 60 deg. range, and the thickness is set to a 10 to 40mm range. |
