<p>Means for industrially producing kebabs consisting of very thin slices are disclosed. In a preferred embodiment, the means include a substantially box-shaped mould (1) for receiving stacked slices (5) of meat or other foodstuffs; and a guide (7) forming the lid of the mould (1) and defining a straight insertion path for skewers (9). Each of the skewers (9) consists of at least two rigidly interconnected skewering members (10, 11, 12) defining a plane, and the guide (7) consists of a plurality of substantially box-shaped hollow compartments (20) engageable by at least one of the skewering members of the skewers (9).</p> |
