The present invention refers to an applicator for applicating a cosmetic product, said applicator including a stem (5) having a free end (5a) comprising a flat funnel for an applying member which comprises a defined flexibility, the stem having a flexibility similar to that of the applying member.The stem and the applying member are manufactured as a single piece. Preferably, the applying member includes a bristles (3) tuft (2). The present invention also refers to a nail enamel application set provided with an applicator.
