PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease soldering points in a junction block. SOLUTION: A junction block 100 is constituted of a resin case lower part 4, a metallic bus bar 3, a relay terminal 5, a printed circuit board 2, a resin case upper part 1, and so on. Respective connecting terminals 3a of the bus bar 3 are inserted into respective through-holes 2a of the printed circuit board 2 from the lower surface 2e side, and the printed circuit board 2 and the bus bar 3 are fixed by connecting the relay terminal 5 to the respective connecting terminals 3a from the upper surface 2d side of the printed circuit board 2. A bolt 6 is inserted into a hole part 3c in the bus bar 3 through a washer 7, and the bus bar 3 and the case lower part 4 are fixed from the lower side of the case lower part 4 with a nut 8. The case upper part 1 and the case upper part 4 are fixed by fitting a claw part which is formed at the inner side of the case upper part 1 and a protrusion part 15 which is formed at the outer surface of the case lower part 4. Only a relay terminal 5 that needs connection to the printed circuit board 2 are soldered, and the others do not include any electrical connection with the printed circuit board 2.
|
