PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning control device to perform setting of a room temperature immediately reflecting the degree of amenity inputted by a resident and realize air-conditioning environment comfortable against various environment conditions through improvement of a learning effect as saving of energy is satisfied. SOLUTION: When the degree of comfort is inputted by operating a degree-of- amenity input part 11 by a resident, a comfortable air-conditioning control part 16 immediately corrects a PMV target value based on the degree-of-amenity thereof for resetting. A fuzzy room temperature computing part 15 computes a room temperature set value through fuzzy inference from a PMV target value after correction and a present neuro PMV. An inputted degree of amenity of a resident is reflected in a room temperature set value at a real time. By urging inputting of the degree of comfort by flickering a lamp at intervals of a specified period, a learning data amount is increased and learning about various environment conditions is practicable.
