A light aircraft is designed according to the classical layout with a single-engine propulsion unit and in the form of a high-wing monoplane with a rectangular wing and horizontal tail assembly situated below the plane of the wing. The wing aspect ratio is between 10.3 and 10.6 and the static moment of the horizontal tail assembly lies in the range 1.15 to 1.25.
