PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate whether a cause to a worn battery results from deficient charging or the service life by counting a charging time to the battery so as to store the charging time to a memory and providing an output of it. SOLUTION: A control circuit 6 of a remote supervisory equipment IA writes a value incremented for each prescribed time (battery operating time) to a battery operating time counter 51 of an E<2> PROM 5A in the case of battery drive due to power supply interruption or the like. When loss of battery operation is detected, the write to the battery operating time counter 51 is stopped and the written value is displayed on a display circuit 3. Furthermore, the value is reported to the receiver 8. On the other hand, in the case of drive by a usual power supply, a value incremented for each prescribed time is written in a non-battery operating time counter 52 of the E<2> PROM 5A. When loss of usual power supply operation is detected, the write to the non-battery operating time counter 52 is stopped and its value is displayed on the display circuit 3. |
