发明名称 ANALYSIS METHOD FOR ION IN LIQUID CRYSTAL
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of qualitative and quantitative analysises by using a liquid crystal for a buffer solution in a capillary column for analyzing ion in the liquid crystal. SOLUTION: A pure liquid crystal is filled inside a capillary column 1, and a sample liquid crystal 3 is stuck to the tip of the capillary column 1 on the side of a positive pole 4. Cation is detected adding a fixed quantity of chelating agent to the liquid crystal of a buffer 2 to detect the variation of absorbance. Namely, when voltage is applied between a positive pole 4 and a negative pole 5 being electrodes at both the ends of the capillary, only ion in the sample liquid crystal 3 electrically oscillates to move toward a UV detector 6, and is detected by the detector 6. In addition, in order to detect anion, potential applied to each of electrodes 4, 5 may be set to reversed polarity. The buffer 2 in the capillary column 1 is turned into the liquid crystal by means of a capillary electric oscillation method to analyze the ion in the liquid crystal as the existing state of salt and ion in the liquid crystal is maintained, and the exact qualitative and quantitative analysis of the ion can be thereby carried out.
