Combinations, in particular for use as the active principle in a cosmetic or pharmaceutical and particularly dermatological composition, containing 1-6 parts by weight of peroxide lipids per 0.01-0.1 parts by weight, based on the organic silicon, of a biologically active organosilicon derivative, are disclosed. Cosmetic or dermatological compositions containing such combinations are also disclosed. Said compositions are particularly useful for treating alopecia.
