<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black matrix to be required for a color filter for color filter liquid crystal display device, which needs high sensitivity and high resolution and which has the excellent shielding property, by using black coloring matter precursor to be changed to the black coloring matter by polymerization. SOLUTION: A glass board is coated with the black matrix forming positive photosensitive resin composition, which includes the black coloring matter precursor to be changed to the black coloring matter having high light shielding property by the polymerization, and exposed and developed by the ultraviolet rays or the visible light beam so as to form a translucent pattern, and thereafter, heating is performed. The black coloring matter precursor is polymerized so as to be changed to the black coloring matter, and a black matrix having high light shielding property and high resolution is formed. As the black coloring matter precursor, the melanin coloring matter precursor, of which pattern can be easily formed and which has the excellent light shielding property after the polymerization, is desirable. In the composition, inorganic pigment and/or organic pigment as the coloring matter from the beginning is desirably used for blend as the auxiliary coloring matter except for the black coloring matter precursor.</p> |
