PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the corrosive reaction for making a small amount of reactive gas suffice for consumption by a method wherein reaction gas is introduced in a space between two electrodes inserting inside a porous long pipe at one or plural positions or holes. SOLUTION: A reaction gas pipe 40 connected to a connector 26 is introduced into inner tube 4 in a space between electrodes 54 and 14. A purifying inert gas, after passing through a flow rate regurlator 36 and a pressure reducing valve 46, is introduced into the inner tube 4 through another connector 44. The introduced gas is exhausted through the other connector 42 by a pressure regulator 42 and a pump 50 with a filter. Through these procedures, the reaction gas is introduced getting over an anode or cathode corresponding to the selected circulating direction. Accordingly, the reaction gas comes into contact with neither electrode 57 nor 14 before coming into the inner tube 4. At this time, any reaction, especialy, the corrosive reaction will not be caused, resultantly, a small amount of reactive gas will suffice for the consumption. |
