摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a train operating apparatus which is capable of conducting deceleration control with good quick-response and following-up in a deceleration control stage prior to proceeding to positioning control to keep a stop position. SOLUTION: An estimating means 40 for a target system estimates the target system of a set position stop control system in consideration of the dead time which is held by the target system estimated by a dead time estimating means 50. A control parameter calculating means 70 calculates a control parameter which keeps the target system in consideration of the dead time. Using the control parameter, a principle control means 60 conducts deceleration control. It is thus possible to conduct a set position stop control in consideration of the dead time held by the target system.
