The component has a filled cavity (8) and an access aperture (6) in a side wall (2, 3), covered by a gas-tight closing plate (16), with the pressure in the cavity lower than that outside. The access aperture is surrounded by an annular flange (5). Within the cavity, the flange has one edge against the side wall. There is a resting web (13) to hold the closing plate, with a seal (17) facing the cavity . This seal may be in the form of a ring. The closing plate is led from the outside over the external surface (11) of the flange.
