PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform the revision content of the user of a terminal equipment automatically in which data to be set/deleted are revised by a maintenance command with respect to the electronic mail notice system in a private branch of exchange containing plural terminal equipments and connected to any of plural computer terminals interconnected by a LAN or the like with a communication cable. SOLUTION: A computer terminal 4 connecting to a private branch of exchange 1 is provided with a table storing a terminal contained location and an electronic mail address of the terminal user on a network. When a maintenance command to set/delete information relating to a terminal and its attribute is executed, the private branch of exchange 1 generates revision notice data including the maintenance command and the terminal contained location and sends the data to the connected computer terminal 4. The computer terminal 4 adds an electronic mail address obtained by using the table to generate revision notice mail data and informs the data to other computer terminal 6 via a network 5. |
