PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module which exhibits an outstanding ability of protecting a photovolaic element, causes little optical degradation and has no appearance defects. SOLUTION: An unfoamed element 101A, a lower layer adhesive 102, an insulator 103, an adhesive 104, an photovoltaic element 105 and a surface coating material 16 are layered. During coating operation by heating and pressurizing, the unfoamed element 101A foams to become a foamed element 101B. Since the solar cell is provided with a foamed element 101B, its ability of protection is improved and it has a thermal insulation. The foamed element 101B flattens the uneven underside of the photovoltaic element 105 by making the unfoamed element 101A foam during lamination. Appearance defects on the foamed element 101B is prevented since the foamed element 101B contains fibers. |
