摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the fine ruggedness state of toner particle surface and to obtain a high transfer efficiency, good transferring performance, and blade cleaning performance. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for this electrostatic charge image developing toner includes a process that toner particles containing binder resin and colorant and obtained by a kneading and powdering method are dispersed in a water system medium containing the inorganic particles having the average particle diameter of 0.1 to 0.5μm, a process that the inorganic particles-dispersed solution is heated to form the toner particles whose surface average roughness Ra is in the range of 10 to 20nm, and a process that the inorganic particles are stuck to the toner particles with the coverage range of 10 to 30%. The obtained electrostatic charge image developing toner is the one obtained by sticking the inorganic particles to the toner particles whose surface average roughness Ra is in the range of 10 to 20nm with the coverage range of 10 to 30%.</p>
