PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avert the danger of inflammation, to prolong the life of a washing liquid and to avert the degradation in product reliability based on the corrosion, etc., of electrode terminal parts by executing washing with a quasi-aqueous detergent contg. an antioxidant. SOLUTION: The washing with a quasi-aqueous detergent contg. an antioxidant is executed. Various compds. including monophenols, such as 2,6-di-t-butyl- p-cresol(BHT), 2(or 3)-t-butyl-4-methoxy-phenol and 2,6-di-t-butyl-ohenol(DPEB), disphenols, such as 2,2'-methylene bis(4-methyl-6-t-butyl phenol), contg. sulfurous compds., such asβ,β'-dilauryl thiopropionate, and phosphoric compds., such as triphenyl phoshite are adopted for the antioxidant. An antioxidants having a mol.wt. of <=300 and more particularly <=250 is preferably adopted in terms of evaporatability.
