The tank has at least one outlet at a suitable low situation on the tank. The outlet installation (3) is placed through an opening (4) in the tank base. An insert (5,17) is sealed with the tank and extends to the inner space of the tank with an inwardly facing (11) having a break through section (12). The break through section has a size and shape to allow passage of the outlet pipe. When the break through section (12) is removed a remaining circular section (13) of the insert is sealed to the outlet pipe.
