The invention concerns medicaments containing at least one compound of formula (I) in which Ar designates an aryl group which is substituted one or more times, and R<1>, R<2> and R<3> designate the substituents defined more closely in the claims. The medicaments are used for reducing the atherogenic lipoprotein Lp(a).
